Research at the Insitute is grouped into Centres of Excellence (COEs) in order to add depth and define clearly the nodes of information exchange so as to encourage cross-fertilisation of ideas. The COEs aim to develop innovative solutions to the community's most challenging issues and to facilitate cost-effective time-bound solutions. Research efforts are enhanced through creative collaborations within the Katsina community and beyond, including international collaborators.
